For our turnkey solutions, we follow a phase based product development approach that includes primary and secondary research to refine the design requirements, design conceptualization, detailed design development, simulation testing, prototyping, prototype testing and preparation for manufacture. Each phase is managed through a series of milestones, with timetables, costs, and deliverables outlined.
